Comfortable, clean home with an open floor plan in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Full beds, 2 Futons, 1 Loveseat Sleeper Sofa, 1 Couch.

2400 sq. ft. + 500 sq. ft. in the walkout basement.

Garage and driveway parking. Five spots total.

Individual coffee makers in rooms with complementary coffee, tea, & hot cocoa.

Peaceful front porch. Back deck and patio with green view. Gas grill.

Near both I-265 and I-64.

20-30 minutes to most anywhere in Louisville.

1/2 mile walk or drive to Beckley Creek Park with:
* Spray & play ground
* Picnic areas
* Open and sports fields
* Ponds and lakes
* Miles of paved, gravel and natural trails
* Floyd's Fork meandering through, with spots suitable for wading and catching crawdads

3 mi to Valhalla Golf Course Home of PGA Tour Events.

Ross was an amazing host! He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was as described, had many beds and amenities, our travel party of 7 adults had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. I will stay again when we come to Louisville.

We gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. This house was excellent!!The kitchen had the majority of pots, pans, slow cookers, etc., that our group needed (very well stocked!). The house is beautifully decorated, which other family members also commented on. The beds are comfortable and the spaces are well utilized so that we were able to have many relatives join us from out-of-town. The large living room allowed all of us to be in the same space, and we also enjoyed the guitars and foosball table!We really enjoyed the proximity to Beckley Creek Park and spent a lot of time walking/running there.We had an infant with us and Ross even had helpful things for the little one: changing table, a seat for eating, and toys.Ross is an amazing host with excellent communication. One of our family members left something behind. Ross found it and sent me a picture. We were still in the area and were able to stop back at the house for a quick pickup.We highly recommend this house!!

Property was very comfortable. We had 13 adults and one toddler and stayed for 6 nights for my daughter’s wedding. It was a great location and we enjoyed daily walks to the nearby park and their egg shaped lawn trail.

Great location; great host; great experience

The host, Ross, was super friendly, very responsive, very helpful, and the home was absolutely as advertised. Getting checked in was super easy, and his check out process was simple – not a long, complicated list like some hosts occasionally have.Great, full kitchen with about every conceivable kitchen product available to use. Lots of sleeping areas, and many small touches that made it "above and beyond".

Brightside

The host was great with communication! We added extra guests mid tournament and it was not an issue with him at all. The kids loved the mini "everything" foosball, pool, & air hockey table, it was great. The outdoor sitting area was perfect for a bunch of guys to sit around and play "name that song" all night. The host had all the extras anyone could need. I would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable house for ladies trip

House was well equipped for a girls weekend. We arrived shortly after a tornado had passed through and significantly damaged neighbors homes. Despite this, all went well. Owner provided excellent communication.

An EXCELLENT place to stay

Ross has gone above and beyond to make his place perfect for a large group. The rooms and beds are very spacious. Every room has its own coffee maker and microwave. Everything in the house worked fine and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Some of my grandkids wanted to stay longer (and even asked if we could all move to this home permanently, lol!) The host was great and very quick to respond with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend this place!

Cozy and Commodious

This home is both cozy and roomy at the same time. Bathrooms and kitchen are well-fitted out. Furnishings are attractive and the beds very comfortable. Rooms have every convenience (keurigs in practically every bedroom, and all is clean. The host is courteous and responsive. Our group had a few small children and they loved the little baskets of toys and the fuseball table. This location was great for family traveling from opposite sides of the city.

Perfect for our family

Our family of 14 needed a place to spend one night as we gathered in Louisville to celebrate the graduation of our son and daughter-in-law. This house was a perfect fit for us. Even though some of us were there only a limited time due to a late plane arrival and an early morning appointment, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and was so clean and comfortable. Our host provided excellent driving directions and had plenty of supplies like paper products, coffee, and bottled water to meet our needs. Thank you so much.

Just perfect!

Fifteen adults from around the country arrived in Louisville for a family wedding. The house accommodated everyone easily. The host was quick and gracious in answering endless questions - most of which were already in the detailed description of the property. All beds were made and the house welcoming for an easy transition to "home." Truly appreciated the large quantity of towels and coffee!

Great stay!

Ross was great. Communication was amazing through our entire stay. The house is spacious and had everything you could need. We had a group of 7 women and everyone had their own space. House was clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. No shortage of blankets, pillows, and towels. Plenty of stores and restaurants around the area. If I’m ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

Home away from home!

Ross is a terrific host and provided amenities like bottled water, coffee, and everything else you would need at home away from home vacation. We had a group of 6 adults, each of whom had their own room and bed. Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood, we had quick access to the interstate where we could head out to our destinations. When I plan my next visit to the Louisville area, I'll definitely look for availaiblity of this property.

Family Reunion

We stayed here for the location and reasonable price. Also the number of bedrooms we needed. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were there for a family reunion with my brother who lives there and others who came from out of town.
