This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a practical and flexible space for families, work crews, and travel professionals who need a straightforward place to stay.

The home features a full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and basic spices — ready for everyday cooking needs. Two shared bedrooms offer five twin beds in total. A third private bedroom features a queen bed. The layout supports up to 6 guests across three sleeping areas.

Two full bathrooms (one with a shower/tub combo, one with a stand-up shower) are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a week's worth of toilet paper. A washer and dryer are available to make longer stays more convenient.

The living room includes a Roku TV, Wi-Fi access, a couch, and one armchairs—a simple setup for relaxing after a long day. Outside, the fenced backyard and covered patio with dining table and chairs provide useful outdoor space for meals or breaks.

The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles (two SUVs, a sedan, or possibly three SUVs). Please note: street parking is not permitted and may result in a ticket.

Located within 8 to 30 minutes of several major hospitals and less than 15 minutes from grocery options like Kroger, Walmart, and Aldi, the home is well-positioned for both short and extended stays.

Pets are allowed with a fee. Minimum stay is 3 nights, with longer stays welcome.
