“The house that is advertised wasn't as expected. It was not clean at all, even filthy. The floor, the kitchen, shower, even the sheets on the bed. Also the paint in the swimming pool was peeling off. The feet of the children were blue after going in the pool. A lot of stuff was broke, all the chairs and beds in the garden, flyscreen, rollershutter, ... .There was a lot of noice of the animation in the hotel in front of the house. We prefer quietness. We don't need luxury. Just a clean house and...

“Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists”

“A very pleasant, quiet, rural setting, with balconies both ends of the house, so you can enjoy sun and shade at any time of the day. The owner was very friendly and helpful. (With a car) the house was excellently located, near enough to the shops, the beach and the motorway without the noise or the bustle to disturb the peace. We had a very happy time there.”
