“Wir waren rundum glücklich bei Dimitrios und seiner lieben Frau. Das Haus ist wunderbar: hell und groß und sauber mit einem wunderschönen sehr gepflegten Garten und einem großartigen Pool. Viele Liegen, zwei Terassen und eine Lounge laden zu Erholung pur ein. Morgens gab es frische Orangen aus der hauseigenen Plantage (die wir manchmal selbst geerntet haben und manchmal in einem großzügigen Beutel auf der Terasse vorfanden). “This house truly fit our needs. We wanted something very comfortable and away from the crowds. Billi's home had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We were able to get to the more active area of Loutraki after a short drive if we wanted more dining options, night life, shopping, etc. The lake near the house is most unique and quite beautiful, however the walk down to it is a tad difficult. “My wife and I are very much enjoyed our stay. The check-in process and communication was great, and our host provided many of the basics for our stay, including water, coffee, and some food items. The place itself was very nice and as advertised, clean, comfortable, with beautiful vistas of the sea in a quiet area, but close enough to get to town or some of the sites. In short, we would very much recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you.”

“Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists”

Perfect hotel
"Actually i booked the hotel without take a look on the hotels feedback, it was too many negative comments on it. But we decided to go throw it any way if its good or bad. I would recommend all the visitors that do NOT believe all the negative comment on the hotel, it is absolutely on of the best hotels that we have been before, the stuff was incredible and helpful (room cleaning, reception, bar service, waiters and the activity group). The food also too good and they had many things to choose, perfect taste!!!!. The hotel overhead was clean and nice everywhere (pool, restaurant, bar and even the room itself). "
