“Très beau triplex merveilleusement situé dans une rue adjacente aux Champs Élysées. Il est dans une cours intérieure donc on est au calme et le premier metro est à juste 5min à pied. Appartement calme, propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Merci à Georges et Charles pour leur accueil et merci pour nos amis qui ont pu rester un peu plus longtemps. Demande faite à l'improviste et acceptée sans problème. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !”

“We were there for just one night before flying back home to Australia the next day, but the little cottage had everything required for our family of 4 and it was nice to come in to bed made, towels and tea towel provided and a cozy feeling. “So we ran from London to Paris and needed a place to stay once in Paris. This apartment is ideally located, it’s so easy to access the train station and main roads. The area is quiet and there is parking outside. The apartment is really spacious, there was plenty of room for 5 of us. The communication was fantastic too. All in all a great place to stay. “Die Unterkunft entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Die Bilder sind schon etwas veraltet. Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, die Küche hätte für unseren Geschmack sauber sein können. Sonst fanden wir es super, dass die Unterkunft über eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner und saubere Dusch- und Handtücher und Bettwäsche verfügt. Die Lage ist top!!!”

“A little miscommunivcation with the property host but we eventually got settled in after awhile. Residence was spotlessly clean and we had everything that we needed. Word of advice to travellers: use 1 means of comms with host as I think that's where probably our messages got mixed up”

It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.”
