“Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....

“Beautiful place. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Host provides beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Balcony with a nice view table and chairs. Beautiful beach on the property and pool. Restaurants and ferry within 5 minutes from property. Highly recommended Clear instructions for everything. Free parking and gated community. Location is great. Close to everything. Highly recommended ”

“Michael's place is wonderful! The view...unmatched. Getting my coffee at The Buzz on site and sitting on the balcony in the morning was one of the highlights of my trip. It's also very close, walk able though I don't recommend it, to Red Hook to easily catch the ferry to St John; Taxi stand on site as well as a bus stop at the top of the hill. Two exceptional restaurants on site as well, Sudi's (get the fish tacos and thank me later) and Paradise Pie (Rip Curl is amazing) The staff at Sapphire...

“Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird.”
