Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! Just 3 blocks from Lake Loveland for walking, swimming, picnicking or just relaxing. Just a short walk to downtown Loveland and all its unique restaurants. Ready for adventuring? Estes Park is just a 30min scenic drive up the Big Thompson Canyon. Feel like relaxing for the day, we have a big backyard with firepit for hanging out and roasting some s'mores!

The Space:
Welcome to your cozy home away from home! Feel the comforts of a quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland! Our completely fenced in backyard is big enough for the kids to run around and play! Adults can enjoy playing a game of corn hole while grilling up your favorite meal on the grill. When the sun goes down unplug with your family and enjoy roasting some s'mores over the fire in our quiet backyard. Inside you will find our rec room filled with tons of kids books, family games and coloring books along with a washer/dryer for those dirty clothes! We have 3 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen fully stocked with anything you might need to cook your meals and a nice living room to hang out in and play games or stream your favorite show. If you would rather go out for a movie try The Foundry! It has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants. Its about a 5 min drive in the car or a 10in walk. Walking just 3 blocks north you will get to Lake Loveland in all its beauty.

Guest Access:
Your entrance is private and parking will be in our driveway or in front of our house on the street. We allow up to 3 vehicles! You will receive your 4 digit code before arrival

ESTES PARK *We are a beautifully scenic 30min drive up the Big Thompson Canyon to Estes Park! Keep your eyes peeled you might see some Big Horn Sheep!
CSU *Coming to move a family member into CSU or go to a Graduation? We are just 20min from the campus!
WEDDINGS * Going to a wedding at Ellis Ranch, Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch or the Sweet Heart Winery? We are a short 10 min drive!
HIKING * A 10 min drive west brings you to Devils Backbone and awesome, hiking, running or biking trail with amazing views!
RESTAURANTS * Looking for great hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream, you need to try Dairy Delite a Loveland Staple! Other great restaurants in downtown Loveland a 8 min drive.
HOSPITAL* Visiting or working at the UC Health Medical Center of the Rockies, we are a 15 min drive to the hospital
