“The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer.”

“This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.”

“It served our needs. All who occupied the home were over 50. Only slept at rental and had quick breakfast. There was no chair in walk-in closet for older visitors like us. My favorite part was large kettle for tea etc..”
