“This place was such a special find! Cute tiny homes, cabins and tents to chose from. The tiny home was very clean and had A/C which was great and unexpected. Great amenities, grills, black stone and even a pizza oven to use. We will definitely be visiting again soon. Not too far from our home in Colorado but far enough to have a little getaway.”

“There is not a hot tub on property as described. We had half roll of toilet paper with no back up didn’t realize this until after office closed. Otherwise nice property.”

“I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape.
You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies.
My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true!
See you next year. You are very gracious hosts.”

“It was a cute rustic cabin however the hot tub took up too much room and we never used it. What a waste of space!
Bathroom was outdated and needed a little bleach in the corners.
Sheets were definitely washed too many times and should be replaced.
The room was cozy and the kitchen served the purpose. It was 1.3 miles from downtown which was convenient, however I could not get an Uber to pick us up.
Over prices for accommodations.
So many other nice places I would recommend.”

“What a great property and experience. Cabin was cute, lots of steps, the listing says it's three levels, but just know to get to the kitchen or bathroom it's two large steps down. The living area is very comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Loved the little electric fireplace just for light or a quick warm up if it got chilly. ”
