The open-plan living room includes plush recliners with footrests, a flat-screen TV, split-system AC, and sliding glass doors to an elevated dining deck. Ocean views continue into the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and full-size fridge. You can also relax in the quiet study with timber paneling and antique bookcases. Sleeping arrangements feature three bedrooms with four single beds and one double bed. A full laundry room, family games, and a stained-glass entryway complete the stay.

- A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by the agreed time, with an additional charge for every 15 minutes thereafter.

- We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that they will attend during your stay, however if they need to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
