“I’m usually very happy with Hampton Inn and also this time the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the pool was great and the reception staff were friendly. Our concern was that our room was not cleaned. One day I can understand but when we came back on the second day after we had been out between 10 am and 6 pm, it still wasn’t cleaned. We had to ask at the reception to have our room cleaned. We have a 1 year old who was ready to go to bed so waiting in the reception for 30 min...

“Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very inviting. The only downside was that the outdoor pools were closed during our stay. Since we were only there for one night, that was a very disappointing. ”
