“The place was clean and just as described. We started every day at the beach and ended at the pool/bar, which was right across the drive. Bag chairs, beach umbrella, pool/beach towels were also provided—which was a HUGE plus! We were also on a canal (saw a shark) which was peaceful. I felt like we were centrally located, close to a grocery store, restaraunts and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!”

“This is a very spacious unit with a great balcony and comfortable furnishings (good mattresses, etc.). The building is older and showing some wear but inside the unit is quite nice. We found the view of the marina to be enjoyable as boats came and went. The parking was super convenient, a big deal in Key West. Very nice kitchen. “Extremely nice condominium! The beach is just out side the gate, pool and hot tub nice as well.All the nabers are also nice and helpful. Inside we had so much room and found, games and many thing to use at the beach. Absolutely loved this stay and will book again next year!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was spotless. Good amenities, nice pool and great location. We had everything we needed! Note- the refrigerator takes a really long time to get cold, don’t fill it up on the first day. It was fine for the remainder of the trip however and the management was responsive.”

“Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

“The host was great, very helpful, and responded quickly whenever we had questions. However, for the price paid, the property did not meet expectations. The furniture felt outdated and the home could benefit from some remodeling and upgrades. The rooms also could use additional beds to better accommodate guests.
