“Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing and very accommodating! Private beach was a plus and relaxing. Love that this was adult only and non smoking property, which includes a gas grill. The location was central and great for day trips in both upper and lower keys. Would definitely book here on my next trip! We are not condo people so this was perfect! Quaint historic Florida style!”

“We were two families, a total of nine people, and we really enjoyed our stay. It got a little crowded sometimes, perhaps not suitable for nine people, but half of us sat out on the back porch eating our meals, so we made it work. The location was great, what a beautiful view! “My wife and I had a wonderful stay here during the month of March escaping the cold from the Northeast. The house was immaculate and decorated very nicely inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials items. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. “The Irvine’s are great hosts, and we had a wonderful week. This house is a great location for boaters, with easy access to both the gulf and Atlantic. We will look forward to another stay.”

“Basically a charming place, but badly in need of a renovation. Lots of dust in the ventilation, so if you are allergic, choose another hotel. We switched to a mid range hotel chain, and got a clean (albeit smaller) room with better beds at the same price.”
