Trädhus i Luanda

“Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã.”

“Mkt bra”

“Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

“Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente”

“Delegation trip, since price is generally hi in Luanda one was hoping for more but this is what you get.... I have been in this profession and the rate they are charging is not up to the delivery expectations. In this city and part of the world it follows what is standard practise. It had what they said on the web page where it was booked so its ok.”

“This is the worst value-for-money I've had in a hotel (and I spend 100 nights/year in them) since last time in New York (NY is always at the bottom of that list....). It has a completely useless key system which gets one repeatedly stranded without possibility to get anywhere. I had to have my card reprogrammed 3 times in 12 hours and STILL it din't work properly. The tea/coffee service in the room offers decaf coffee (also known as non-coffee), and some fruit and herb drinks called tea (no...

“Great”

“Detta var ett av de trevligaste hotell jag någonsin bott på, och jag har ca 100 hotellnätter om året över hela världen. Personalen är helt enkelt ofattbart vänlig och gästfri - man är mer familjemedlem än gäst. Att hotellet dessutom är mycket prisvärt i en stad som skulle kunna ruinera Krösus gör inte saken sämre. Dom skjutsade oss t.o.m. fram och tillbaka till restauranger på kvällen då dom ansåg det säkrare än att gå.”

“Very good”

“The hotel is located in the centre of Luanda, approximately one hour from the new airport (JNB). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, and the amenities were ok. Overall, I would recommend considering this hotel for your next visit to Luanda.”

“Quartos do hotel limpos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários.”

“Wonderful large room with very comfortable bed. Also had a full sized fridge freezer.. useful for families. Large comfortable desk for my work, large tv and a great shower. Hotel had strong WiFi and a good breakfast. Breakfast is cooked to order and service is great. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff.”

“Excellent staff but the hotel wanst with a good location and the equipamenta like microwaveand fridge didnt work. Even, the breakfeast wasnt read”
