“Check in was very easy however we passed the house getting there. That could have been our maps. Everything you could possibly need was there and then some. The extras were beyond fantastic. The only reason I gave four stars to cleanliness was because there was something in the hot tub. They messaged me back immediately and sent the cleaner out. Turns out it was just a little piece of deck paint. Not a big deal. The only reason for four stars on location was because the main road was very loud...

“The home was located near state park and kayaking liveries as well as quick drive to various restaurants and downtown Loudenville yet was in wooded rural setting. The home was well stocked and organized. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Tom and Nancy were kind and helpful. Great layout in the home to enjoy togetherness with privacy! Highlights for us were the hot tub, fire ring, and nature trail on the property. The sign near the road at the entrance of the property was a wonderful help!”

“We (5, 7, 20, and 40 year olds) had the best time here. The property is even better than described and everything is so thoughtfully done. Stainless appliances, aluminum foil, basic spices, a lighter for the fire pit, very clean, every type of sugar for the coffee, propane in the tank. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely be back!”

“Our stay at the Century House in Ashland was amazing. The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. “We had a lovely time on property. It had everything we could have wanted and more. We have 5 nearly all adult children who greatly appreciated their own space while we were together. The kitchen and dining area is open, the living room was cozy. Having two full baths was fantastic. We had a blast with the pickleball court and the fire pit.
