Holiday Home 'Podere Al Basso' with Private Pool, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Podere al Basso, a rustic Tuscan farmhouse nestled in the peaceful countryside of Lucca, just a few kilometers from the city center. This house is ideal for groups or large families who seek relaxation, nature, and an authentic experience in a comfortable and charming setting.



Podere al Basso can accommodate up to 12 people, spread over three floors:



Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, gas stove, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. Living area with lounge, fireplace, dining table, TV, and sofa.



Second floor: two double bedrooms and a full bathroom.



Third floor: three double bedrooms and a second full bathroom.



In addition to the 5 double beds, 2 single pouf beds are available to comfortably host up to 12 people.



Although there is no air conditioning, the cottage remains naturally cool during summer. High-quality Wi-Fi is available, ideal for working or using your devices even on holiday. Pets are allowed and welcome.



Outside, you will find a private terrace at the back of the cottage, perfect for breakfast or relaxing moments, a large outdoor table ideal for convivial dinners, a small guest house/laundry, and a beautiful private in-ground pool located below the house, with sun loungers and panoramic views of Lucca. The pool is open from June 15th to September 20th, with possible variations depending on weather conditions. Private parking spaces are available on the property.
