My stay was superb from being greeted by Anna and her warm and helpful attitude each day. Breakfast was more than just standard continental. The owner Alexandro and his entire staff were extremely friendly, helpful and guided me during my stay as a single woman traveling alone. Grazie mille!

This property is beautiful. We loved the history of the hotel and our room. It’s a very old building with charm. The staff are wonderful, and location is perfect for a nice quiet sleep.

The staff was so helpful. It’s an old palace and the breakfast room is just beautiful. Our room was large with one room with couch and TV and another room as our bedroom. Very cool experience the breakfast is great with lots of choices.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Stucci in Lucca. The palace has a wonderfully quirky and unique character, with beautiful classic artwork adorning the walls and ceilings, which made staying there feel like a truly special experience. The central location was perfect for exploring Lucca, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were the only guests staying in the palace during our visit, which made the experience feel wonderfully peaceful and exclusive. A memorable stay in a fascinating and beautiful historic property. We would happily return and highly recommend Palazzo Stucci to anyone looking for something a little different and full of character.

I had an amazing stay at Palazzo Tucci. We were only in Lucca one night, and I was thrilled to be staying where we were staying! The property itself is unbelievable and the pictures don't do it justice! The room itself was clean, huge, and had a spacious bathroom. One of the most insane places to see, I almost wanted to spend more time there than out in the actual city! Impressive decor and art all through the different rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and has a large window for early and late risers! All of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting were extremely kind and hospitable. I would come back to Lucca again just to go back to Palazzo Tucci!!! Price was extremely reasonable for the space and amenities. Please consider here for your stay.

I travelled to Palazzo Tucci with my family of 4, which includes 2 preteen children. We really enjoyed our large room and the beautiful eating area which had original frescoes from the 1700s. The villa is located very conveniently to the city center of Luca. There were not many other travelers. I believe they’re only four or six other rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff at reception was very nice. Ana in particular told us a lot about the history and art in the villa. we thought it was charming and we highly recommend.

It’s a unique place. The inside has a lot of heritage and if you like old buildings, you would love it. I do! Most staffs were helpful and nice, except one, who unfortunately is also the owner. After we booked the property, a few weeks before the stay I messaged the host requesting a crib for our baby and a cab from airport. There was absolutely no response until the day before traveling asking for our arrival time. Still we had no response to our original request. The person who asked for the arrival time was the person mentioned above. But things like that is minor and can happen. What really appalled us was the check out process. We had 4 suitcases, 2 handbags, one stroller and a baby. The main door on the top floor is heavy, opens in the middle and does not stay open. So one person has to stand in the middle to keep it open while the other person has to awkwardly stoop to get stroller and bags out one by one. The host was right there and offered zero help. He could have easily hold one side of the door open which would have helped us tremendously. There was a tiny lift that could fit only one person with a stroller. So my husband took many trips to get all bags down while I waited with the baby. Again, absolutely no help was offered. The checkin process was not anything like that. A helpful nice staff did our checkin. So it may not be a general issue with the property, just a bad owner/ staff.
