LUCCA VIEW APARTMENT WITH TERRACE är en gammal 1400-talsbyggnad belägen i hjärtat av Lucca historiska centrum i den vackra gatan VIA SAN NICOLAO. Det är också bara en kort promenad från den imponerande katedralen San Martino och Main Shopping Street Via Fillungo. Varje modern komfort finns i lägenheten: diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin, luftkonditionering, DVD-spelare, trådlös internetuppkoppling.
Om sammansättning:

Den 140 kvadratmeter stora lägenheten består av två våningar: HUVUDVÅRD: entré; vardagsrum med matsal, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett sovrum med badrum (inbyggd dusch) med en magnifik utsikt över taken och de italienska trädgårdarna i närheten av VILLA BOTTINI. Den övre våningen: ett tvåbäddsrum; ett kungstort sovrum med eget badrum med badkar och en magnifik terrass fullt utrustad med en fantastisk utsikt över stadens tak och Guinigi-tornet. Terrassen är möblerad med bord och stolar för mat och en soffa.

Lägenheten är försedd med en mycket tillförlitlig wifi-anslutning som tillhandahålls av det nationella telefonbolaget. Taket är träbjälkar och golven är terrakotta i den toskanska traditionen. Visas i hela lägenheten är fina målningar av ägarens farfar, och de är alla datum mellan 1906 och 1959. Du kommer att älska dem!

LUCCA VIEW APARTMENT WITH TERRACE ligger mycket bra i hjärtat av Luccas historiska centrum. De antika, imponerande väggarna som omger Lucca i ca 5 km är bara 150 meter från lägenheten. Katedralen San Martino ligger också bara 100 meter bort, liksom centrala Piazza Napoleone och Piazza San Michele. Tåg- och busstationerna ligger bara en kort tio minuters promenad bort. Rätt ut ur ytterdörren en bar och en pasticceria till frukost, en restaurang, ett bageri för lokalt bröd och focaccia ...

Platsen är mycket bekvämt som mycket nära till allt: 5-10 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen, om inte mindre 5-7 minuter promenad från busstationen och 5 min promenad från ett betalningsgarage och 10-12 min promenad från gratis parkeringsplats (utanför stadsmurarna). Livsmedel och kafé är några steg bort samt de viktigaste platserna att besöka i staden, huvudtorg och kyrkor.

Stadskatt på 4. 5 euro per person begärs vid ankomst kontant i enlighet med lokala lagar.

A little piece of heaven in Lucca

What a lovely place!! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, a rooftop patio with an outstanding view. Lucca was a nice break from the busyness of Venice, and this apartment was the perfect place to rest and take in the uniqueness of the walled city. Thanks to all the Cass Emmy staff! So helpful.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in angenehmer Lage im Zentrum vo Lucca

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt (Belegung der Wohnung mit 2 Paaren). Durch die Verteilung von Schlaf- und Badezimmern auf zwei Etagen war auch eine gewisse Trennung zur Schlafenszeit möglich. Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr schön. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende Aufzug, aber das hält einen fit und stärkt die Beinmuskulatur. 😉

Beautiful Terrace View

This apartment was exactly what one would expect when staying in Lucca. It had the old charm of Italy. The terrace was spectacular! We spent as much time as possible sipping wine and having dinner on it. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking even large meals. The only con to staying here is the stairs. Carrying luggage up five flights of stairs was brutal. This place is not for anyone who has knee or hip issues. This apartment would be a 5+ if the building had a lift.

Quiet oasis with amazing views

The accommodation is beautiful! Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the interior tourist area, this apartment is wonderful to return to. The views from the patio are stunning! Also, easy access to the wall that surrounds the city with beautiful walking path. Loved it and Lucca!

God beliggende og dejlig terrasse, lejligheden ligger på 3 sal og rummelig dog med mangler i køkkenet af div knive og div udstyr som er engang stor rodede butik! Men spiser man ude så et det jo intet problem.

Beautiful week in Lucca

Lots of stairs, 5th floor with no loft, but if you are ok with that, this is a lovely apartment and super easy to get around in Lucca. We loved every minute.

Lucca is fabulous and a MUST visit. The apartment was fair. On the 4th and 5th floors walk up. The outdoor space was spectacular. Sonia was responsive to our minor needs. Markets near by and close to ampetheater.

A comfortable place to stay with everything that we needed plus an amazing terrace. This is in an excellent location and the views are fabulous, but there are a few stairs so this may not be the place if you have mobility issues.

Wonderful evenings on the roof top terrace

Beautiful Apartment in Lucca

We recently spent 10 days in the amazing town of Lucca and were fortunate to have booked this beautiful apartment. The accommodations were very comfortable for myself, my husband and our adult son and daughter-in-law. This apartment is owned by an artist and so is beautifully decorated with art work, both by the owner and other artists. The apartment has very comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The most amazing feature of the apartment is the terrace which overlooks all of Lucca. We spent many an evening there for wine and cheese. The kitchen is fairly well supplied, although we found that eating out in Lucca is part of the experience and very reasonable. One of our favorite restaurants is just around the corner - Gli Orti di Via Elisa. The Lucca wall and is close for walking and bike riding, a don't miss experience. Lucca is an amazing town -- the history, food, shopping, people and music. Don't miss the weekly Puccini concert in the San Giovanni church.The train station is in walking distance for easy access to Florence or other destinations in Italy. One final note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are many steps which may not be appropriate for young children or anyone unable to climb stairs easily. We didn't mind it as it was nice to have the exercise especially after all of the fine food of Italy!

It's all about the terrace

We've just returned from a 6-night stay at this wonderful property. The big selling point is the terrace, which is just as represented in the photos. The building is quite tall (4-stories) so it has an almost unobstructed 360-degree view, including sites such as the Guinigi Tower, almost a stone' throw away. Few places in Lucca have a terrace with such a commanding view. We also really enjoyed the location of the property. It's on a quiet street that is composed mostly of apartments and few stores so the noise level was almost non-existent after 8 PM. We loved sleeping with the windows open, hearing the birds in the morning hours. The location is quite convenient, however, to any place you'd want to walk (restaurants, the supermarket, the Anfiteatro, etc.) The one caution: be prepared to walk up stairs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and it is located on two floors. My wife and I didn't mind in the slightest, but this aspect of the unit should be considered if walking up stairs several times each day my dim your enthusiasm. The kitchen was functional but perhaps a bit less well stocked than places we have stayed. This may or may not matter depending on your level of culinary ambitions. The apartment sleeps six, but more practically, two couples and two children. The property is basically split onto 2 floors, which is a nice attribute to provide a bit more personal space if two or more couples are sharing the space. It is well furnished and we enjoyed the eclectic art on the walls. All in all, we had a very nice stay and will likely try to rent this apartment on your next return to Lucca.
