“A small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.”
“The hotel is very centrally located with a short walk to the train, the ferry station and the central areas where all the outdoor cafes are. We stayed in a small room on the 4th floor with a sloping ceiling by the bed which was a bit tricky for us. We were there at the end of June and the room got very hot as there was no air conditioning, just a fan which worked well. Breakfast could be taken on a balcony if you wished and the fresh cheese buffet was good.”
“This place IS NOT SAFE. We could walk in to our room from the street with no key. The doors can not look, the key card system is just for show. We hade to build a barrier during the night in order to sleep. Very unsafe. Stay away if you value your saftey.We have tried to contact the hotel serveral times. No response.”
“Mysigt och lugnt läge. Overkligt fint vid vattnet! Bra ställe att ta ett dopp på vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Bra service och städning. Ett minus får isåfall bli kyrkklockan i närheten som ringer sen kväll och tidig morgon.”
