“#14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property.”

“Lovely property. Comfortable beds and nice linen and pillows. Kitchen was well equipped. Very well positioned on summer st with a little bit of road noise (if that bothers you.) Great Italian restaurant for dinner and coffee shop for bfast or lunch are literally across the road.Highly recommend ”

“This is not a national park stay, so the survey questions need altering.Mary Lemon house is sweet and comfortable and the location is pleasant for walking and close to the centre of Orange.The house needs a little attention in ways that surprised us. We've pointed out details to the host and hope to hear back from them.”

“This is one of the nicest properties that we have stayed at in Orange. Beautiful decor, comfy beds and all the facilities that we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer! My only gripe would be that dealing with the Stayz app is a pain - there are about 3 apps you have to download to get information on checking into the house and if you are low on data, this is difficult. Oh, also - the front room is quite noisy from traffic in the morning - beware!”
