“Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

“It was the perfect fall cozy weekend getaway! The large fenced in yard was excellent for my old dog who loves to wander off leash. Beautiful and serene area. The host was friendly and prompt in responses. Would love to stay again in the future!”

“Beautiful, well equipped older home very close to the Ludington beach and downtown. The Ludington Maritime museum is a block away and full of history about the area. Plenty of room for our family of adult children and us. The front porch is great for morning coffee, relaxing and reading. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the spices, coffee, cookware and utensils for cooking in the house. We loved the antiques, claw foot tub, and sinks. A step back in time. Thank you. ”

“This review is for the house next door…1house closer to the lake -not this house. Due to a glitch in booking we were asked to stay in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath house next door. I can’t remember the booking title but I’m sure you could contact the hostess and ask about it if you need bigger accommodations.Location is key here! So close to Lk. Mi, the State park, a cute park on the channel, easy walk to town. The big covered porch is great for people watching and relaxing. The street there is busy but...

“Upon entering you feel like you’re right at home. Fully equipped Kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped as well . The house is very spacious and pet friendly. There is a dog park where your fur babies can run leash free just a mile down the road. We are looking to see when to rebook for next year!! Beautiful home you will not be disappointed! Plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance.”

“The property was peaceful and beautiful. It was rustic but the owners had provided quite a few up to date amenities. There was a keurig, extra bathroom supplies, phone chargers (this was greatly appreciated!!). Comfy beds and the water pressure was amazing!”
