“Hotel is ok but the surroundings? Some of the guest wrote in their evaluations that the location was great. I do not understand what they mean by that. Wherever you are in India, you have to take a taxi. The hotel arranges taxi for you but you pay 4 times more than for a normal taxi. Regarding the rooms they were ok and the taps were ok.”

Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.”

“We were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.”
