“Wonderful”

“I have stayed at the Blackforest cabins four times now and every time we have a very clean positive experience. There has been great communication and easy instructions for checking in and checking out. I wish they had deals for reoccurring customers because it is pretty expensive to stay even for one night.”

“Very close to stores ,very quiet in the hotel. There was know sharps bottle to dispose of my diabetes needles .”

“The house is beautiful, good location a short walk to town and waterfront. Dining room was beautiful, sunny, comfortable with excellent breakfast provided”

“The Treehouses are very modern and private, listening to waves enjoying cool, fresh air is good for the soul. My suggestion is for management to work on training in communication to guests. Please note that we found the staff to be wonderful, warm, hosts. Saturday Yoga was moved indoors to the Yurt but Lodge staff were not aware of the changes until a friendly maintenance employee mentioned he was going to the Yurt to turn on the heaters for Yoga. Checkout is a hard 11AM, also at that time,...

“Spacious room. Good breakfast and was looked after by the staff. Internet worked well. Clean. Friendly staff.”

“Room was cold and the shower was terrible. Very uncomfortable stay. View from the room was beautiful!”

“Everything and nothing.”
