“This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room, it was in a quiet neighborhood, the house was nice and very clean! There are board games and lots of books. Plenty of space for a big family. Our host was excellent and a great communicator, getting back to us quickly when contacted and they were extremely helpful!!I plan to stay here again!!”

“Dirty, poorly prepped . Looked like it was designed as a frat house ! Bed upstarts unusable and bed in the closet is mattress on the floor . Fence broken and generally the place was in ill repair We were in a jam at the holiday unable to find another place or I would have left. It is close to downtown but sits in the middle of an industrial area which is largely abandoned or under construction, not a pleasant place to sit in the porch ”

“Good communication. Home was clean and comfortable. It was smaller than I expected from the pics but it was still a great stay. We had some problems with the Internet in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't enough of a concern to to reach out about. I would recommend this home.”

“The renovations of an older home were done with thoughtfulness of modern guests while keeping the charm. The two bedrooms on the main level have ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bath/ laundry room also on the main floor so that other guests don't have to go upstairs. While the upstairs has only one full bath, the two full bedrooms each have a sink, making sharing a bath much easier. “Owner was very easy to reach - even after hours. I had a question regarding TV (trying to find March Madness tourney!) and texted after hours (expecting to be able to address next day) and they responded right away. I didn't expect that for a certain non-emergency issue, but I did appreciate it - and it provides comfort on how quickly they would respond in an actual emergency. Thank you!”
