“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“The acorn cottage was very cozy and nice to stay in. It appears somewhat small from the outside but it is nicely put together with a moderately sized bathroom, large bed, and an open dining/common area. The amenities were very nice and we used the grill, toaster oven, fridge, and dishes extensively.
