“My stay was pleasant and perfect to my purposes. It's a bit out of the ordinary for a BnB experience. In fact, if it were a category, I'd classify this as a BnnB (Bed and NO Breakfast) facility. If you get hungry in the morning there are dozens of restaurants within a very easy drive in the North Tampa neighborhood where the property sits. “I recently stayed at Zenhouse and had a wonderful experience. The place is quiet, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful atmosphere true to its name. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. My room was comfortable, and the shared spaces were well maintained with nice touches that made the stay even better. Overall, Zenhouse is a cozy and relaxing place, and I would happily return and recommend it to others.”

“Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. ”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...

“Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for...

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“Staying at the Hawk's Nest was very comfortable. Directions to the property were excellent and the accommodations were different than anywhere we've ever stayed. Many decks for lounging if that is your pleasure and plenty of room in the house for relaxation. Also, just a 5 minute drive to the Phillies spring training facility. ”

“We visited for a stay cation. Great location for walking access to Main Street in Safety Harbor. It can be intimidating to stay in an accessory dwelling behind in a gated yard but once we were in it was quite cozy and zero hassle.Unit was super clean with everything you would need for short stay. Only negative was the neighbors who were playing loud music and heavy bass until 12:30 a.m. I would definitely come back for a fun night in the Harbor.”

"Absolutely lovely staying at Hampton Inn Tampa Downtown. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice rooftop with a pool, great gym, service-minded staff, and great breakfast! "

"Otrevligt bemötande av en tjej vid incheckning. Hon berättade inget om boendet utan gav oss bara kortet till rummet. Fick själv ställa frågor om frukost, pooltider, utcheckningstider, restaurang, parkering etc. De andra i receptionen var trevliga. Hissen i mitten luktade urin och var skranglig. Vattnet som de bjöd på smakade emellanåt klorin. För få solsängar vid poolen. Människor fick sitta i stålstolar och sola. Dock var personalen vid frukosten grymma, och frukosten var bra. Sängarna var sköna och rummet helt ok. "

"Hotellet var rent och rummen var rymliga. Sängarna sköna och badrummet renligt. Fint pool område dock hann vi aldrig använda det. Frukosten var sådär första morgonen fanns flera flingor att välja på och även frukter som banan äpple och apelsin. Sista dagen fanns bara äpple och frosties att välja på och ingen äggröra etc. De i receptionen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det tar 30 min att gå till bushgarden entre. Och kostar ca 8$ med uber och tar ca 10 min. "
