“Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs
she had an excuse for everything
the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for
the hurricane and not being able to get parts
how long ago was the hurricane????
 also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”

“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again.”
