3bdr/2bath Home Tampa-Lutz area-20 min to Tampa International Airport located in a very quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood near the Veterans Expressway. Supermarkets are nearby and many restaurants to choose from. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this spacious centrally located home in a safe neighborhood. The home is a short drive to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Ybor city, Downtown, Raymond James Stadium - 13 miles, Amelie Arena - 18 miles, MidFlorida Amphitheater, & More. The home offers a two-car garage and additional parking on site. Guests can relax in the outdoor seating area or enjoy the picnic area.

We are a pet friendly home, however there is an additional Pet Fee of $141.88 which is not part of VRBO's "all fee's included statement". The Pet Fee will be a separate charge from the Host at time of booking.

This house was perfect for us! Our son lives in an apartment less than a mile away. The house is roomy with a couple of different sitting areas, clean, well-appointed, nice set of pans and dishes in the kitchen. The backyard is securely fenced in, so we felt safe letting our dog run outside. There is some noise from the freeway, if you are sensitive to that. My husband noticed it, I didn't.

Family Trip

Overall we were very impressed with this stay! Loved the house and all the room it provides. We would definitely stay here again! Also the owners were so easy to work/talk with. Love how this location was really close to a nice park/skate park, the mall, aquarium and even the beach. Very clean and well maintained home.

Privacy and proximity!

We had a great stay in Tampa, and this house was perfect for the five of us. It was a straight route from the airport up the Veteran’s expressway, and super convenient to restaurants and shopping. The house was well-stocked and even had bottled waters and coffee available! The master bed was crazy comfortable!! We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings watching the sand hill cranes. We would definitely rent it again!

Lovely home in Lutz

The home was exceptionally clean, roomy, comfortable and well appointed. The location is close to everything you need and easy access to major thoroughfares yet is in a quiet, private and desirable neighborhood. It feels like a home, not a rental, the surrounding property is peaceful and simply lovely. Communication with our host,Sonia, was the best we have ever experienced, always prompt, friendly and truly wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated this very much!!

Spring Break Getaway

We traveled along with my kids, my mom, and the family dog. The house was very clean and looked way better in person than online. Quiet neighborhood we had no problems during our stay. The host was easy to contact whether it was through text or via app. I liked how we had everything we needed as far as toiletries or kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable every one slept very good! We enjoyed the backyard sitting area as well while the kids played with the dog. We visited Busch gardens and island of adventure which was only about a 30 minute drive from the house. It wasn’t bad at all for us. This house is totally worth it. Will definitely book again in the future.

I would give 10 stars, if possible. Sonia is amazing, consistent communication, went the extra mile to accommodate us for an additional night. The house is exactly as pictured/described. Beds are so comfortable, florida room is nice for relaxing and reading. We are originally from Tampa, and this home is centrally located to everything in town worth visiting. Book! You wont be disappointed.
