âLoved our stay , I struggle with eating out because I am free from dairy and gluten, but the staff were very kind and made sure I had a meal made which I could eat. Very polite young staff members too. 5 star â. â
âWe booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.
Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay â
âGood, clean rooms. Be very careful with the location though, as the gps coordinates from hotels.com are totally off and will send you to the middle of nowhere. The correct location is the official address, not the gps nor the google maps provided from hotels.com.â
âStayed here for the second time. Very friendly down to earth BNB in a very beautiful part of the country. Food is nice. Breakfast is top notch and weâd stay again as we love the area. â

We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going.
The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding.
The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest.
We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.â
â A beautiful property, lots of charm. A large room with lovely little details. A nice street in Chepstow too. Lots of amenities & extras, very helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble.
My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. â
âFriendly staff, pleasant quiet location. Stayed in the Magnolia Cottage very well equipped and had everything that I could wish for comfortable, like home from home. Even made me smile when id broken the key off in the lock to round of a perfect day, new key no quibble supported with a laugh and an offer to get the fire brigade around to get me out. Would definitely stay here again. Dines in restaurant food good and good service.â
