“The common area and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. I especially liked how quiet it was late at night and early morning. Towels could be softer but were acceptable.
My grievance is with the breakfast. I felt sorry for the breakfast staff as they were frustrated with the tools they were given but tried very hard to help several customers. One of the two toasters was broken. The other was a two-slice toaster which was not meant to be used as often as is...

“The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay.”
