“The hotel did not inform me upon checking in that they would automatically be charging me a $10 fee for WiFi, and they would not waive the fee after I checked out. The hotel was clean and our room was nice, and the property was located in a great spot. We had drinks from the bar and the bartender seemed irritable and stressed, and our drinks were not well prepared. Overall, it was an okay stay. ”

“2024.01.08 at 10:20 I went to Reception to solve a problem that was on my bank card but she was so angry with me for no reason had no respect and called the police who convinced me. The police showed very good respect instead.”
