“Stayed here when vacationing. Had issue with fire alarm in room, which was immediately fixed. Clean rooms, a bit dated decor (but not a deal-breaker). Clean, great beds. Best "free" breakfast at any hotel we've ever stayed at. Will go again and would recommend.”

“2024.01.08 at 10:20 I went to Reception to solve a problem that was on my bank card but she was so angry with me for no reason had no respect and called the police who convinced me. The police showed very good respect instead.”
“The stay was good. Check in was good. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there seems to be an issue with the water pressure in the building. While you’re taking a shower, the water pressure can suddenly nose dive and there’s not a lot of pressure behind it. I hope they can address that. Overall, the stay was good.”
“We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. “OK hotel located rather close to Manhattan but it takes a very long time to get there and back, especially on peak times. We had to take a long detour and it took three hours to get to the hotel from Central Park. Rush hours the traffic to New Jersey is crazy. While none of this is the fault of the hotel, I would never stay in New Jersey again since I value our time on vacation.

“Decent place but very unvenient for late check ins via Newark airport. My plane was late but checked in online at the hotel that I would come at midnight. Waiting 45 minutes at P4 for any shuttlebuss until I called hotel and then say the shuttlebuss doesn’t run after 11 and that was informed. "Price worthy hotel with an easy vonnection to NY city by the bus that leaves straight outside of the hotel, just takes about 30 minutes to get to central Manhattan.
There was a lot of different stores, Wallmart for example, within walking distance (about 10 minutes). And even some restaurants.
The cleaning was good but nothing more all around the hotel and rooms, the building and inventories are on the older side with some tear and wear.
The rooms only got cleaned every 3rd day with new bed linnen and towels, that is not enough.
There wasa pool in the facility but we didnt use it, it wasnt very welcoming, but surely good enough.
The breakfast was simple but totally fine, however without any changes at all from day to day.
Overall a priceworthy medium good hotel."
