“We stayed here for 20 days while helping to host our daughter’s wedding in Adelaide. There were 7 of us, my husband and I and the bridesmaids. Upon arriving it was obvious it had not been cleaned well. We were very disappointed as prior to arriving we had read a previous guest complain of the same and had contacted the host before we flew overseas. He made it seem like it was the previous guests fault. But what we saw was the same issues. Garbage cans overflowing outside, no lawn care, sunrooms...

“We stayed for one night while attending an event in Adelaide and found the experience very pleasant. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was excellent — we were able to explore the local area during the day and then catch the train from nearby Seaford Station to our evening event, avoiding the city traffic altogether.The accommodation was just right for our needs. We didn’t make use of the kitchenette, but the bathroom was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable....

“Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, cafes and shops, also to public transport. Comfy beds and spacious bedrooms. Could benefit from more seating in the loungeroom (to fit the number of people it sleeps). Also a few small maintenance issues would improve the property, for example having privacy locks on toilets (in a house that sleeps 8 people this would be beneficial). Also more than one hand towel per bathroom for a 5 night stay would be good. Few small changes such as these would...
