“A great little motel, very clean and most accommodating. The room and bathroom are dated but comfortable and well worth the money. Parking is not alocated so park where there's a free spot !”

There were a few things that let the room down, though. We had booked a room with a king bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which made the bed feel uneven and uncomfortable. This isn't your average "this will do" basic room; this place is quality, comfortable, intentional, welcoming and pretty. It's the kind of room that you feel kind of sad to leave. The receptionist Sam was helpful and considerate, and we loved every minute of our stay here. If ever I have reason to stay in Daylesford, the Art Motel will be my first preference! Can't rate it high enough!”

“Beautiful bungalow in a peaceful location that was a perfect winter retreat. Lovely little touches with some items in the fridge and cupboards, nespresso machine and the heater on to welcome us. An amazingly comfortable bed as well.”
