Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

When there was a question or something we needed there was immediate help from the owner. We stayed for 4 weeks and would return at any time.”

“Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave.”

Wir haben insbesondere den tollen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer, die Landschaft und die Palmen genossen. Weiterhin war es super, dass der Pool bereits offen hatte. Für unsere norddeutschen Kinder war auch das kühle Wasser ein täglicher Spaß. Tischtennis und Federball haben wir ebenfalls gerne gespielt. “Uns hat hat es sehr gut gefallen. Von der Wohnung ist man fussläufig in 10 Minuten am Badestrand was für einen Städteurlaub sensationell ist. Uns hat auch das Wohngebiet gefallen, da man ein Stück einfach mitleben kann. Man bekommt alles von Supermarkt über Bank und Friseur. Ein bisschen viel Verkehr....”
