“We had a fantastic week with family and friends in this villa. Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. Just fantastic, would love to come back”

Tre i huvudbyggnaden, ett i angränsande lilla hus och ett femte ligger på övervåningen i en egen liten lägenhet med separat ingång via en sidotrappa. När man bor tätt tillsammans är det viktigt att det även går att få avskildhet ibland och det erbjuder huset. Köket är stort med en rejäl köksö. “Vi var ett gäng släktingar mellan 6 månader och 80 år, sammanlagt 30 personer som bodde där. Allt fungerade till belåtenhet utom wifi och duschvatten Dr det var svagt tryck i kranarna och varmvattnet tog fort slut. Allt i övrigt var välfungerande och mycket uppskattat i alla åldersgrupper.”

“Stället är väldigt lugnt och mysigt. Huset har bra förutsättningar och faciliteter för att laga mat, grilla etc. Det finns en närliggande stad, Magliano Sabina, där man kan köpa matvaror och annat man behöver. Eftersom huset ligger en bit utanför närmaste by, Berardelli, behöver man ha bil – och det är en ganska brant backe upp till den stora vägen. Poolen är stor och ren. “Would really recommend this place, we were four families together (15 persons in total) and the property is perfect for a group like this. Beautiful house, amazing surroundings, big pool and overall very spacious both inside and outside. The vegetable garden was also amazing to use in the fantastic kitchen area. “Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on. ”

Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
