"Two breakfast restaurants - 1 in main, 1 in annex, and an amenity bar at the lobby, bottled water daily. Only 2 lifts going to the rooms in Annex, sometime long wait, 6 lifts in Main building. Hotel bus right outside main building. Hotel room was semi updated - some new furniture some older. It was blowing cold air from the window, we tried to put things to avoid it while sleeping but it was difficult. Was told to put on the heater in room, but it didn't cover it, slept opposite side of the bed and it got better. Sounds easily transferred between rooms, not so bad but a bit more then other hotels we have stayed in before. It said non-smoking but on our first day as we got up to our room, as we came out of the lift it smelled all over the corridor, it was just the one time though, and no smell in the room! Takes around 10 min to walk from Shinjuku station, there is an underground path, great for rainy days. Lots of restaurants and 3 convenient stores at B1 of Main building. If you have kids, Shinjuku Chuo park is just 2 min walk away, great place to play."

"otroligt små rum, känns som man är på en finlandsfärja. Korridoren var mycket lyhörd. Frukosten var ok, den västerländska. Krångligt att checka in"

"Dåligt isolerade fönster, det lät som det var en tornado utanför rummen vid flera tillfällen. Ventilationen lät väldigt högt, jag fick sova med öronproppar. Vilket fanns i korgar utanför receptionen. Rummen är små men det visste vi när vi bokade, bra att man kan lägga resväskorna under sängen. Läget är bra! "
