“I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist...

“Bathroom dirty, owner unable to reach, no WiFi/TV, no shower curtain, and the one positive a nice view, is obscured by dirty windows and bird poop on the balcony. ”

“We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food. Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...

“Good location but one of 3 ACs not working and has several small & medium sized roaches all over the place. The place needs smoke fogging so all the roaches will be eliminated versus just spraying each since they are hard to find one by one. The host did provide spray.”

“Excellent”
