“Perfect property to spend a wonderful two days with close friends. The house is well stocked and flush with amenities - kitchen has everything you might need to cook, huge TVs everywhere, new bbq, lots of towels, nice bedrooms with comfy beds, and so much more! Sadly we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t make good use of the dock and amazing deck space but we will be back! ”

“Great location on Lake Muskoka, short trip to either Port Carling or Bracebridge for groceries or shopping. Cottage is well maintained and appointed. Property manager is responsive and reasonable. We felt very comfortable at the cottage. Beautiful lake views from the cottage and dock. Hiked up Huckleberry Lookout which is a 5 minute walk away. Used the kayaks on the property. Fireplace in the cottage works very well. We did a Rosseau lake trip on the Peerless II. ”

“Amazing! Everything you need in a property, and more! Incredible location in the lake, which we spent almost all of our time in, on, or around. Loads of wildlife, including hummingbirds and totally comical pine squirrels that provided hours of entertainment. Would come back in a flash. Jon”

“The home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, cozy and bright. The kitchen had all amenities we needed for the weekend including small appliances, ice and coffee. The self check-in process was super easy and the host was great at staying in touch with us. We didn't have children staying with us but the home is well outfitted for families with small children. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. ”

“Stayed August 2025 with family of four. We found other reviews to be largely accurate. Cottage was clean, comfy, well stocked (except we never did find an ice cream scoop lol). BBQ worked, lots of activities indoors and outside, good sitting areas, great location albeit on a busy lake.It's a stretch to say it has AC. There's a portable unit in the back hall with maybe a five/six foot hose. It didn't reach let alone cool the south-facing main area. It's probably fine most times of year but...

“We have rented VRBO properties all around the world. This may well be the best. Sandy is a charming and responsive owner/manager, the house is well maintained and stocked, the lake is beautiful and warm, the pool and spa are clean and work properly, etc. No good restaurants nearby and only a few good grocery stores. Muskoka Boat Rentals provides good speedboats.”

“A true week's vacation in a slice of paradise just 30 minutes from Perry Sound. Reservation, check-in process and check-out could not have been more simple and effective. Cottage was fitted out as described and suited our needs. Kitchen was perfect for our needs as well. Wifi via Starlink was very good. Dube Lake is small but beautiful, peaceful and provided many hours of family boating and activity time. Our host was always reachable for any questions or issues we had. A wonderful...

The common areas around the cottage are still being finished but the dock was lovely as was the beach area. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks.
