"Vackert, strandnära hotell i ett väldigt eftertraktat område. Rummet är rent och städas dagligen. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam och frukosten har allt från frukt till varmt mat och efterrätter. Det finns en parkering under huset och det finns inte tillräckligt med plats för samtliga. Det kan ibland vara svårt att hitta parkering nära hotellet. "

"We were satisfied! We tried every restaurant except Sabor. Nouvelle Brasserie and Carvaja were our favorites. A plus is that the resort is very close to one of the hiking trails. Improvements? The drinks at the bars were a mixed bag. Ordered Granita one day and it was like a slush, the other day the bartender just put some ice cubes in and mixed it with juices and stirred. That's not a Granita! One bar served an amazing frozen fruity Daqiuri (The Desire) but the same bar mentioned above just put the drink and some ice in the mixer for five seconds and then served it? Wildly inconsistent tastes of some drinks we tried more than once, for example the Madeira Colada could be either the best drink at the resort or a measly meh. The juices at the breakfast were also very bad. The resort should do something about guests hogging sunbeds for hours, just leaving some stuff there and not being present. "Ok, the gym at this hotel is a bit small for a 5 star hotel of this size and, some details are coming near when they need to be polished up a bit. "Väldigt hård sängar och lyhört rum. Vi hade rum 116 vilket var längst ned i korridoren men vi hörde grannarna komma och gå. När det knackade på hos en annan lät det som det var hos oss. Städpersonalen skrek på oss när vi gick där de skulle moppa… vi fick gå utevägen runt hotellet för att undvika hen. Väldigt lyhörd frukostsal där personalen sorterar disken ute bland kunderna vilket låter väldigt mycket."
