“Everything was great! Except we didn’t have a coffee pot in our rooms”

“The front desk help Thomas is not so attentive and don't pay attention and room was not is what I reserved.”

“The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”

“This was not a great ESA and I wouldn't recommend it. There are others in the area Like at Wolfchase, that are better. The staff here were unhelpful and didn't care about the customers. They were "fake smiling" when they told people there were no dishes or cookware and wouldn't be any in the future. The desk clerk told me to "go buy some"! I explained to her that I stayed at ESAs because of the kitchens and cooking wares. She actually seemed glad to tell me there's no services like that at Apple...

“The room smelled, air conditioner barely worked and made a weird noise. At or around 0104 in the morning one of the staff entered my room without knocking. Worst hotel experience of my adult life.”

“Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby.”

“The staff and room accommodations were excellent. But breakfast is $20 and parking is $15/day. Plus internet is an additional charge unless you happen to receive a "box" which is not outlined in any of their advertising materials. Very co venue t location but overpriced.”

“Our first stop on a long road trip we slept well in this motel. It had an adequate breakfast and was clean. When we stayed here coming back home it was awful. The beds in our room were so broke down we kept rolling to the middle! I had to stuff pillows in between us to keep on the outside and we slept horribly. We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 and there wasn’t anything left and they didn’t refill anything. One coffee machine was broke down and the amenities were stingy!!”

“Probably one of the better breakfasts I have had in a while. Nice property just expensive but in a really good part of town.”

“The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits.”
