“I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. They also provided plenty of free breakfast in the small dining area every morning. I did not have to use the laundry room but I was...

“Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“The room itself was a bit outdated with unclean carpet and the fact of having the sink outside of the bathroom is annoying and not practical. However the front desk staff at night shift were so helpful and amazing and very welcoming. Thank you to the staff”

“The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!”

“This place is a dump. WE FOUND A BULLET IN THE PARKING LOT, the facilities are totally run down and they allow the homeless to use the facilities. The hotel seems to have started some kind construction that has not been continues. Pool closed. Breakfast food has been reheated several times. We are in the process of reaching out to authorities to have the place inspected. Front desk guy very understanding but management is totally unresponsive. ****AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!***”

“These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown.”

“Ville bara ha ett billigt rum under vår biltripp mot västkusten. Hittade även ett nyöppnat Ikea inte långt därifrån. Lite roligt när man inte varit hemma på ett tag. Shopping fanns i överflöd. En bra bit till Graceland men inga problem att åka med bil. Hotellet var ganska synligt men billigt och trevlig personal.”
