“It was a little bit difficult to find at first but we're happy once we found it and got in. This is a fun little place to explore and a quick drive into Ruckersville and not a super long commute to Chatlottesville. This was a great little get away! ”

“Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house...

“We were seeking a romantic getaway Valentine’s Day weekend. What we received was anything but. Supposedly the hobbit house was part of the White lotus echo resort spa which included various sauna, spas, cold, plunges, etc. when we got there late in the evening there was no directions no instructions and we finally found the “spa area” where nothing was on, or did not work. But the absolute atrocious part was that there were feral cats running around all over the property, pawing and scratching...
