Fräscha lägenheter i charmiga centrala kvarter
Mycket bra läge i charmiga kvarter som kan upplevas som lite ruffiga för den som är känslig. Lugnt läge, stora fräscha lägenheter, ingen egen reception men bra service från annat hotell tvärs över gatan.

Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)

ce n'est pas un hotel 4 étoiles.
Nous avons été déçu par cet hotel, non pas réellement parce que l'hotel était décevant mais parce qu'il ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Il ne s'agit nullement d'un hotel 4 étoiles de prime abord. je lui en mettrai 2 voire 3, principalement du à son coté vetuste. Parmi les points négatifs, au dela du fait qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un hotel 4*, * sur le site il est mentionné qu'il y'a un service de navette fourni par l'hotel. Nous avons contacté l'hotel et ce service n'est plus fourni depuis un moment. D'ailleurs auparavant ce service était fourni mais payant (des affiches existent encore dans les ascenceurs) et coutait plus cher que prendre un taxi... * Sur le site il est marqué que la chambre dispose d'un jacuzzi; c'est bien le cas, MAIS le jacuzzi EST PAYANT et à hauteur de 45€ par jour.... * Pour laisser ses affaires à la consigne (en attendant de récupérer sa chambre), il y'a des casiers sans surveillance et qui n'inspire pas vraiment confiance et il faut payer 2€. * L'hotel ne dispose pas de piscine * La deventure de l'hotel et les pièces communes font vraiment sales, le mur à l'entrée est cassé, la peinture n'a pas été refaite depuis des décennies. Dans l'espace consignes il y'a des flaques d'eau savonneuse par terre, comme si cétait le lieu ou les femmes de menage vidaient leurs seaux. 2 points communs malgré tout, la proximité du centre ville et le fait que les chambres (suites) soient spacieuses et les lits confortables.

Dear guest. Exactement. Ce n'est pas un hôtel. C'est un appartement. Et c'est précisé dans la réservation. Dans les caractéristiques générales il est écrit : certains appartements ont un jacuzzi. Certains d'entre eux. Votre réservation ne comportait pas de jacuzzi. Les appartements avec jacuzzi sont plus chers. Si vous réservez un appartement avec jacuzzi, vous aurez un appartement avec jacuzzi. Votre réservation était sans jacuzzi. Les consignes sont totalement sécurisés. Le personnel d'entretien et de nettoyage est présent dans le bâtiment à tout moment et nous disposons de caméras de sécurité. Un mot de passe/code est nécessaire pour entrer dans le bâtiment, que seuls nos guests hôtes possèdent. L'hotel ne dispose pas de piscine et il n'est écrit nulle part qu'il dispose d'une piscine. the property they put us tries to apprar fancy with the art deco and jacuzzi but none of all that matters when you: -the furniture smells like piss. dirty sofa/furniture stains all over. lots of cracks or open spaces in the bathroom ceiling. makes you question security/privacy - the shower is in the jacuzzi which is kind of slippery and there are some jacuzzi water outlet right underneath the shower head. - the laundry wasnt there but it was listed as one of the amenities (kind of like false advertising imho) I can honestly put in more but this property is not worth more than the time I already put in.

Beware - Not a 4 star stay
This is not a four-star facility. The apartments are associated with the 4 star hotel up the street but that is it. No doorman. 2 euro to store your luggage in a locker off the entryway. No toiletries of any kind. When we called to ask front desk for hand soap was told it was only for hotel guests. The sofa was made of foam, full of stains, and falling apart. It was covered with a sheet to hide its defects. It was a frat house stay not 4 stars.

Para no volver
la estancia muy ruidosa, es un edificio de apartamentos en frente del hotel. Lleno de turistas ruidosos que tienen música muy alta todo el dia, una calle muy transitada por personas y coches que hacen ruido durante todo el dia y madrugada, por lo que dormir y descansar imposible. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, dentro de la habitación chicles pegados en las paredes...con eso lo digo todo. Yo al menos no volveré.

Hadde booket leilighet som ikke holdt angitt standard. Ifølge info gitt av Hotels.com.com var det balkong i alle leilighetene, noe som ikke stemte. Serviceinnstilt personale flyttet oss over til hotellet vis a vis, kjempe fornøyd med service, hotell og beliggenhet. Anbefales!

Construction noise
The apartment would have been fine except that there was construction beneath our room which woke us up too early. Also, across the street a homeless man sat on his perch every morning screaming at the world, starting at 7am. The homeless man is one thing, but management should have told us about the construction before we booked. When we complained about the noise, we were told that it would cost and additional 45e to move. The smart move for any business would have been to offer us a break or move us to another place at no additional cost. We would have never booked the apt if we knew of the construction or the homeless man.This was my first attempt at booking this way, and will probably be my last. We loved Madrid (and Spain), but this in no way spoiled our trip - just the first two nights. But, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this space.

Lovely but too loud.
Amazing place, affordable, lovely staff, great location but LOUD all night long. My aunt did not sleep at all in 2 nights. We both loved it but motorcycles, garbage trucks, construction, elevators, etc. We just too loud for us to go back. I so wish they could help that.

We have three days reserve but we changed our room because water was cold and the room too! We conviced the concierge after three times (but they know that the was broken and propose us to use a litte electrical stove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Absolutely not advised!

Beautiful apartment living for family stay
We arrived late at night for our stay and was a bit confused about gaining entry as taxi dropped outside apartment entry but 24/7 reception was across the road on other side of the road and up the street. Once that was sorted, all staff were very helpful and apartment very well presented and beds very comfy. Full kitchen facilities, living area and bathroom with separate main bedroom and two additional twin beds for kids.

Hotellet er perfekt beliggende med masser af restauranter og beværtninger i området. Det er et godt udgangspunkt for at komme rundt. Vi var heldige at vor datter bor i området og kunne guide os rundt til de lokale steder. Fantastisk. Vær opmærksom på at Hotels.com´s billede kavaleri og beskrivelse af værelser IKKE stemmer overens med virkeligheden. Der er klar uoverensstemmelse med hvad de tilbyder og hvad virkeligheden er. Lejlighederne er OK, men forvent ikke at I kan bruge denne til spisning.

Fantastic space in a great location!
We were pleasantly surprised! The apartment is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The pictures don't do the space justice! The location is perfect. We were able to walk to all the main sites.

Decepcionante: Tivemos que estacionar em uma rua, e percorrermos andando com as malas por uns 100 metros até a habitação. A garagem péssima; as garagens na Espanha são difíceis; mas, sem comentários. A recepção fica em um lado da rua e os dormitórios do outro lado. A rua muito barulhenta e tudo que ocorria na mesma, ouvíamos do quarto (sem acústica) tudo; as janelas não tinham tranca, e apesar de estarmos no segundo andar e sabermos que não teríamos problemas, ainda assim deu-nos um certo receio. A limpeza a desejar, o elevador minúsculo, sem comunicação com a recepção. Uma banheira instalada ao lado da cama, o que impossibilitava o acesso, somente subindo nela para poder acessar o meu lado de dormir; para ir ao banheiro, tinha que pular por cima do meu marido...Infelizmente... não voltaria. E ainda, há 3 dias estou aguardando o cancelamento da caução no meu cartão de crédito.

Terrible place and Terrible staff
It's not an apartment or even suite, I wish there was an option to give this hotel negative number!!! The rooms are smaller than a regular hotel rooms. When I talked to staff about it they told me I was lucky if I had better rooms in the other hotels in Europe. They were going to charge me extra night because I didn't want to stay there anymore, and they call the COPS. After the police arrived I explained the situation and Police told the staff that I am right, and I don't have to pay the extra night. I only stayed one night.
