“Overall had a lovely stay. Beautiful home and neighborhood, very tasteful furnishings. Some issues with the Wi-Fi, however, Ryan did remedy. Would recommend.”

“Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.”

Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...

“Room was clean but had a musty smell. Man at the front desk wasn’t welcoming - not outride rude but definitely not welcoming. Phone in the room wasn’t connected. Son had trouble getting onto the WiFi. Price was higher than I usually see for hotels up here but we stayed during the FIFA World Cup so that was the same with all they other hotels as well.
