“The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Ungoofaaru is a very hosting place, where you have a chance to be a part of the Maldivian community. The citizens are open-hearted and friendly. “如果喜歡離開城市，好清靜一個好地方！好有簡單當地人民特色，當地人很友善！ 離開首都很遠，要由首都坐船兩個半多小時才到。但也是值得去地方！我自己就很喜歡這邊環境！ If you like to leave the city, so quiet a good place! Locals have simple features, locals are very friendly! Great stuff
"Our 9-day stay at the Standard Maldives in December 2023 was great. The hard product is solid, as you would expect, and as pictured, but what sets The Standard apart is the staff. The service, and the quality of the food were above our (relatively high) expectations. We had all inclusive plus and so tried all of the restaurants more than once, all of them great, with some individual strengths at each of the restaurants, but all on average better than what we expected, having stayed at similar resorts in the past. The service was often four seasons like if that makes sense. On top of that the dive center was brilliant (special thanks to Rio and Zee), and the kids club too. The things we didn’t like about our stay are too small to mention or outside of the control of the hotel, so in summary two thumbs up! "
