“My family of six (spouse, three kids, mother-in-law) had a great time at Chez Pom. The house is right between the old city and the night bazaar, so there was plenty of night life to be had within walking distance. Yet because the house is set back from the street it was surprisingly quiet. The house was very clean, and the AC in each room was wonderful. Pom gave us a helpful tour when we arrived and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was helpful given our many sweaty adventures...

“Nice small vacation house in a quiet street, we really enjoyed the stay. Its well equiped for the price and clean. It's quiet but shops and a food market are just 5 Minutes by foot. We could reach every place in and around Chiang Mai in max 30 Minutes by taxi. If you need a car with a driver for longer trips you can call the agent they recommend. For a 7 seater we just payed 2500 THB for the full day! We definitely can comment the place.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this unique property. Our host Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and he made some recommendations for nearby restaurants and local sites. The location is near enough to walk to several restaurants, small vendors and markets. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. The home was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable and the home was remarkably quiet considering it’s located in a fairly busy neighborhood. Our neighbors...
