“When you check in you have to wait for them to pick you up which can take some time. You also have to be there at a certain time if not they leave for the day. To communicate with them you have to send a text and they take about a day to respond. The worse part was that one night was canceled due to the weather in the island, which is out of my control and they refused to refund me for that extra night. ”

“Beautiful view, clean room. Breakfast was served every morning. Definitely worth what we paid. Only thing was the communication with the host was hard at times. Was not told when the staff would show up to clean, so multiple times we were caught off guard and had to hurry and leave in a rush. We paid extra for our driver to take us to the airport. Was told that someone would come help us with our bags up the 80 stairs and no one showed up. Frustrating with how much we paid for it. Our host was...

“As many have written, our host was always available but never being there or in your way. The villa lived upto everything it said it would be. Being able to use the pool each day was a joy. As were the shaded areas when needed. Of course the med is just a few metres in front of the villa also. We found 3 great places to eat all within walking distance 10-15 minutes, plus a small store for essentials like wine and of course other essentials. ”

“Communication with the property manager was excellent. Property manager arranged all our transfers to/from the airport. Check in procedures & instructions were very detailed & accurate. Neighborhood is safe & walkable - we enjoyed dinner at 1 of the recommended restaurants. Water, some snacks & coffe provided. ”
