  • BABY BEAR’S CABIN is located in the heart of The Smokey Mountains and Maggie Valley. The cabin sits at the top of the community with no sight of other homes from the deck, only the Mountain View. Just five minutes to the main road in Maggie Valley.
    Built from REAL logs, it is a true log cabin with modern amenities. Our home has Two Master bedrooms, both with king size beds. A comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and two pullouts serve as additional sleeping space. The cabin sleeps up to 6 adults. Enjoy the Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Enjoy Spectrum TV and free fiberoptic high speed WiFi. Soak and relax in the four person Hot Tub on the deck with the Mountain View. Comfortable beds, linens and towels provided. Full kitchen setup with seating for 8. Plenty of soft blankets to curl up with and watch a movie on the Blu-ray player (movie selection provided) or read a good book. Enjoy the “black bear loft” with pool table and board games.
    No trailers or loud vehicles are permitted at the cabin.
    Unfortunately our property has to be a strictly animal-free zone due to severe allergies of a family member. If you have a pet or service animal, please choose one of the many available pet friendly accommodations.

Overall, the property was great. It was clean and well maintained. The host did a great job providing information about local activities and restaurants, the check in process, and driving to the property. It was a very pleasurable stay.

Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was relaxing. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. Corrine was very responsive whenever we had to contact her with any questions. The views are amazing and you can drive anywhere around the cabin to find things to do.

Better than the pictures described!!! This is a place close to town but you feel all alone on your on mountain. The cabin is cozy and it was our favorite place to be to watch the sunset. The kids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub!!!! I hope we get to come back!!!!

The cabin had everything we needed and the host was great! She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, area trails and other things to do. The views were incredible from the cabin and it was so quiet and peaceful.

My husband and I spent a week in this mountain retreat. Just as advertised. Even better in person. Clean, comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking. Communication with host is superb. By the time you check in you feel like you are staying at a friend’s house. Highly recommend.

Baby Bear's Cabin is as beautiful as the photos show. We had a wonderful stay and we felt like we were guest's in a good friend's home. The floorplan is perfect for two couples. The home was well-equipped. Corrine was an attentive host, sending us information about hikes and restaurants, as well as helpful directions up the mountain to the Cabin. When we return to the Great Smoky Mountains, we will stay here again.

This cabin was so beautiful and the view just incredible! It was my first time to the Smokey Mountains and it was the perfect trip and place to stay! I am all about reviews and when I saw the great ones about the cabin and Mrs. Corrine, I knew I better grab it up! SO thankful we did! I will recommend Baby Bear to everyone and hope to be back again!! From the awesome rooms, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, game room, incredible front porch, hot tub, fire pit, and even the cute chipmunks and ground hogs, we loved everything about it!! Thanks so much! Our anniversary trip was perfect! Corrine was fabulous and so easy to communicate with! I would give more stars if I could!!! (Do make sure you have a four wheel drive as the road is steep-we made it just fine and it was actually fun to drive after that first time up, lol!) The Robinson’sUnion City, TN

Baby Bears Cabin was paradise! Corinne went above and beyond providing info on, not only the cabin, but things to do in the area. The perfect place to clear your mind and recharge. Would absolutely stay there again!

What a beautiful cabin with great view! Loved that we were there in town close to everything. Corrine was awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of laughter and special memories were made. Thank you Corrine for everything!

If I could give this cabin more than 5 stars we would! Such a beautiful cabin! The hosts were extremely helpful with every question we had and even provided various activities in the area that we could do during our stay! We will definitely be staying there again!
