“The cabin was perfect for us and our dog. It is clean with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The lake is gorgeous and so close to the cabin. Our dog loved romping in it every morning. Our host was kind and very responive. We'd totally stay again.”

“Had a wonderful 10-day trip for 5. Plenty of space, great views and clean property. Home is stocked with only the basics so ensure you bring everything you need. The inclinator is an easy way down to the dock but be careful if you take the stairs- they are steep and narrow. ”

“The property is beautiful, and very well maintained. It was great to spend the days with the kids playing lacrosse, and playing with the dogs on the very large yard, then off to the lake to cool off. Kitchen was a great size for all guests to eat and easily cook meals. The games room was an amazing place to play cards, pool, or just sit and chat in the evening, or the kids would go up to watch a moving or read to get away from everyone. “The property itself is stunning with exposure on a smaller bay and also the bigger lake. Facing south and west and east. Three different docks, a beautiful rocky point, so many great swimming options with deep water right off the property. There’s a beautiful mature perennial garden with stunning lilies and rhododendrons. Really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and pedal boats and there are canoes. “I was working in the area for the week and found this lovely cabin in a prime location. The place was clean on arrival, cozy, and had everything needed for an easy stay. Especially on relatively short notice! ”

“Our stay was perfect and exactly as described. There was enough room for 6 guests. Kitchen and bedrooms were perfect. There were kayaks, a paddle board, canoe and more for us to use. The location was great, right on the water and close to golf courses. Would most definitely recommend! ”

“This is a great cottage in a perfect location on a private lake. It easily accommodated 2 adults, 4 tweens/teens and our 2 dogs. We've rented a lot of cottages and Emma is by far one of the best hosts we've ever rented from. Great communication/responsiveness and well detailed instructions made this a perfect trip. Only 3 mins into the small town of Novar for some groceries/wine or less than 15 mins to get to downtown Huntsville. We'll definitely be looking to rent this cottage again!”
