The food was above and beyond what I expected with 4 courses for dinner, 3 at lunch , and a very full breakfast. They list breakfast as continental but it's much more than that.
The first tent we were in was fine but we upgraded part way through and really appreciated the extra space! â
âIt is convenient because it is within walking distance from the station. All the staff are friendly and you can get a lot of information. You can also rent mountain bikes, which is effective for visiting ruins. This is a small, recommended inn! It's also great to have a refrigerator!â

Our stay here was truly magical. The resort grounds, staff, facilities, and food are hands-down the best we experienced in Sri Lanka. The spa is a must where Lina and her colleagues will pamper you like royalty. It was so very difficult to leave. We are already making plans to return.

âNot as nice as advertised. Poor food quality, no alcohol service (the âamazing wine tastingâ I saw someone post about was clearly fake, as they donât have a license). There is only one restaurant and it is filled with flies, and the food isnât very good.
The only okay thing was the actual room. Newly renovated and pretty clean. But there were some ants and spiders (no bedbugs). However the bed only had a sheet, no duvet, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Iâm grateful we were only...
